We have lived here for about 3 months and we love it. We, unfortunately, are having to move because we need a three bedroom. The staff is very responsive and extremely nice. Maintenane is always quick to take care of any repairs we have in the office. The layouts are nice and spacious.
The only downsize for me is that the bathrooms that our in the 2x2 d model unit do not have a lot of drawers so you have to put things either under the sink or in the medicine cabinet. Not a big deal though.
Also, where we are located there is hardly any extra spots available if you have more than one car so sometimes we have to park far from our apartment. I imagine that depends on where you apartment is located though, so just because we have a hard time may not mean you will.
Overall, the price is good for what you get, especially in Rocklin. I will recommend people to live here!

what about all the crime? several stolen cars,two burglerys...drug dealers with master keys...
