Hi, my name is Jackie. I am the current Resident Manager for Silver Oaks Apartments. I read your opinion about Silver Oaks, I am sorry you feel this way. Back in 2002-2003 Silver Oaks was under FPI Management, in May of 2004 Silver Oaks was purchased. Now it's owned by a private party. I know this does not make any difference to you, but I think it's not fair that the new Owners or Management have to be rated as the worse, when we had nothing to do with your experience. Hopefully now everything is good for you.
