I lived at this apartment complex for over about 2 years and had no real problems. The manager and assistant manager are very friendly (in fact they may be a little too friendly for some people) and are quick to fix any problems. The complex is quiet and generally has working adults and small families residing in it. The management does a good job ensuring the residents are clean (not leaving any trash on the porch, staircase, etc, quiet, and follow the rules (out of the pool/spa by a certain time). The only rule that I do not understand, and slightly annoyed me, was the fact that you were not allowed to park backwards, which in my opinion made it easier to exit the parking lot. Reading the other reviews, it appears that many people consider their security deposit returns to be inadequate. I find this confusing as the manager instructs you what to clean (she expects it to be thoroughly done), gives you a checklist, will do a prewalkthough with you if you want, and then sends the deposit check with the receipts from their cleaning company.

In conclusion, a great place to live if you are clean, quiet, and friendly. If you are a college student looking to party or are exceptionally loud, look somewhere else. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
