Side of building which faces away from street is much cooler and quieter..also has great views of creek and trees. Landscaping neat and well-kept. Kitchen is too small but has dishwasher, adequate storage. Washer and dryer even in 1 bdrm. miserable bathtub and shower stall (bathtub has no slope to lay back against, shower stall too narrow). Nice manager...minds her business and responds to problems in reasonable time. Walking distance to elementary school...any shopping requires driving 1-2 miles. A few loud tenants but nothing major...most are reasonable and manager will handle those that aren't if notified. Ugly lighting fixtures, cheap looking cabinets, very shallow cheap sinks but apt. still looks neat and clean.
