The apartment is ok for starter.Small overall-the kitchen, bedroom and walkin closet. The ground has very good view and are kept clean by contract landscaper. But maintenance and staff not so good, have different rule for different tenants. The maintenance guy is a bit lazy side, I see a lot certain things are ignored by maintenance guy. The apartment complex noise are kept quiet to moderate. As far as safe and parking, there were 3 car break ins.
