Dont live in Springview Village apt. The staff are liar have consistancy in rules for tenants. Some tenants get away with something and other tenants are penalized. There wre just recently 2 car break in in this month. some tenants left because of staff attitude. And if you move in to the apartment you electic bills will be higgh, because the maintenance left the air condition on when he fixeed/clean the apt. after preveiosu tenatt left and he forgot to turn it off. So watch you bill.
