Add fifty dollars to whatever rent you are charged (garbage,trash, water).
You hear your neigbors doing a lot more than snoring at night...
Internet here is terrible. Dial up works no faster than 28,000. DSL cost is almost fifty dollars a month here. Too expenisive considering all the above issues. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
