If you are looking for a good price, you are going to get it-along with the value. This place has a bad ant problem, the management staff is irresponsible, the neighbors are noisy, Rocklin Police frequent the property all the time due to disturbances of neighbors, tenants work on thier automobiles-on the property (prohibited in the lease), tenants do not leash their pets (against lease provision), location is bad (not close to highways), mail comes late in the afternoon, pool is always cold. Forget it. Parking is also a nightmare.
