its nice if you can deal with the office and other issues

the mail never comes to this apartment on time sometimes you wait hours on in, Ants are a huge issue and the noise from the playground at the gym next door is loud and late. the office staff is rude and they could care less about there tentents they can't wait to place a 3 day notice on your door if your one day late on rent. and they offer no grace time. they charge you $75 if your one day late this company is all about money nothing more. but the apartments are big and have space over all it depends on the person living their how nice you want to keep it. my advice expect it well before you move in alot of items are left broken and damage some things are dirty so check it to cover yourself. if it was not for the staff you could almost deal with the ups and downs of living here you can't blame the owners if tentents are dirty. the side I live on seems clean and people are nice. but no one stops the loud noise.
