I have lived in the Sunset Summit Apartments twice in my lifetime. Once when i was younger and now that I am older and on my own. I am 21 years of age and living here has been a nightmare! Half the electrical outlets in the home do not work, i have spiders the size of quarters everywhere, and the dishwasher is still broken even though maitenence has been out 3 times to fix it. Noise level is great however, i cannot comlain about that. The worse quality of the complex is the office staff. We are moving out this month and they have recently rented the apartment above us out. They told the new tenants we were being evicted because of noise and cigarette buts! WE DONT EVEN SMOKE!!! On top of this, we are leaving because of the ineffiency of the complex as a whole. If your looking for a nice, quality apartment complex, stray away from Sunset Summits.
