The rent is very good for Rocklin and the 2bd / 2ba is very spacious. The maintainance always were very prompt, but my roommate was sleeping with one of the maintainance men so that might have been why. The actual office people are hoorible. DON'T GET PACKAGES! They gave away my package to random people 3 times over 11 months. Is is so hard to ask people their name and address before giving them the packages. God forbid one of them in on their way to their Starbucks run because they don't give a dang about you. People are very loud around the pool until late hours and I did have to call the police for a brawl in the courtyard once.
