Staff was semi-helpful while i was looking at the apartments but from the moment we moved in we had problems.
the apartment was unclean, there was paper wrappers in the closet.
the top of the refrigerator was very dirty.
carpet did not go to the walls and there were numerous urine stains from a cat on the ground.
walls were not painted although we had to sign a comprehensive deposit statement that included repainting of all walls.
room is nothing at all close to the condition of the model.
this was my first time renting an apartment and now i know what to look for i suppose.
the price and specials are attractive for this area, that is the only thing keeping people here ,thats for sure
