We moved in 8 months ago and since then my daughter's bicycle and baby's toys were stolen off the patio. There is garbage EVERYWHERE. There has been a dirty disposable diaper by the sidewalk for over 3 months and no one has picked it up. I'm waiting to see how long it will take before it gets picked up. We received a note on our door that there had been "numerous" complaints about us not picking up after our dog when it wasn't even our dog's messes. Several people walk their dogs off leash past our apt which is located in the back, near a ravine. The office staff is not top notch. NOISY!! They rent to a lot of college kids who like to party and don't care who they disturb. The maintenance staff rarely get off their golf carts except if they are called or if they are going through the garbage before it gets picked up. I'm already looking for another place to move when my lease is up. I feel I pay for a decent place to live and am not getting it.
