I am in the process of moving out because they raised my rent $200!!! and I could not afford that much of an increase. When I moved in the apartment was dirty so I had to clean it. The manager that saw it is now gone and there is a new manager but I have witnesses that the apartment was not clean and it is in better shape now than when I moved in. Then the counter top started to raise up from water from the sink so I called maintenance and they did a really lousy job of repairing it instead of replacing the counter top. My neighbors tell me that their maintenance is terrible! I have cleaned the apartment and it is in better shape than when I moved in but they are saying that they will have to repaint and they probably won't return my deposit. All that it really needs is to have the carpet shampooed. I plan on taking them to Small Claims Court if they don't refund at least 80% of my deposit. Don't move here!!!

I am currently experiencing the same situation with this complex. They are thinking that Oregon tenant laws supersede those of California. They are not doing walkthroughs with the tenant to allow any ???Repairs??? to be done if needed. When I requested a Walkthrough, they made an appointment and never showed to do it.

I never got a walk through either but I made a list of what was wrong and have pictures. I plan on moving when my lease is up. This place sucks!!
