Hi There: I moved here in October and love it. It is the most reasonable priced place in the area. I have a beautiful view and there is always plenty of parking. It is quiet and I feel safe. I know when I was looking for apartments- I was discouraged by the low rating- but keep in mind-- people usually only write to complain- so these percentages are not accurate.
If you can get an apartment facing the summit- do it, site is beautiful

This actually wasn't written by a manager... I am a tenant. You areliving in an apartment-- that naturally comes with some discomforts... That generally means there will be college kids and some people that do not follow the rules. Some people just feel like they need to complain. If you stay out of the managements way-- they stay out of yours... If you are so unhappy living in an apartment--- go buy a house. I am a resident. We live downstairs. Maybe my experience is different because I live near the summit. I rarely hear my neighbors...and every repair needed has been made. I agree the materials are cheap--- but many new structures are in the area (including houses).... It is in an ideal location...The pool is awesome....and there is ample parking. There is no gate--- but they have security.....I still am happy here...and it is summer time....so do your research...this place good for the price.

This was obviously written by a manager. Too many rental buzz words. There is not an untrue word written by the people who have taken the time to write a review here. The parking is awful; the noise is awful; people don't clean up after their pets or children; too many college or other young people who think the rest of the world should conform to their (party) schedule; rude, rude, rude office staff; deceptive rental practices; cheap materials; shoddy repair; good luck on getting a broken appliance replaced; really cheap carpeting that does not have a stain guard; ants; need I say more? It's wonderful if you are used to living in the "projects."
