Saw their listing on Craigslist for $825 2bd. The lady wrote me back quoting me $950. Went to view the apartments and their "special" (Advertised 2 days earlier, not specifying a "Special") was over and rent amount would be $1055. Amazing Bait and Switch program, or maybe that was the "Special."
Price increase of $230 in only a few days. I can only imagine the rent increases for the tenants.

Right on! I unfortunately did not receive this information in advance of moving in but I will be moving out soon. There are much better places to rent in Rocklin. Go there.
