A Quiet setting with a neat rock quarry filled with water into a deep pond, but you cant get close with the fence around it.

Bad thing is the Canadian Geese love it too an honk all the time during the season.

Lots and lots of stray cats around, hunting for the geese.

Management is sort of OK, but they stole my entire deposit when I left a clean apt.

Parking really sucks and you will not have an assigned space near your apt.

Lots of door dents from the close-nit parking, not to mention someone who backed into the side of my car and then split.

Built in 1985 and going downhill fast.

My advice; if you have the money you can find a much better place in Rocklin for about 50 to 100 bucks / month more and well worth it.
