I took a tour and submitted an application. I was never notified when I was approved, and repeatedly had to call the office. Once approved, I was given no paperwork or anything...just told to come back on my move-in day. I am big on organization and communication, and I felt left out of the entire rental process. The whole experience just didn't feel right, and I decided to forfeit my deposit in order to find another place. After hearing a friend describe his experience with Sutter Ridge, I realized that I probably made the right decision.
