Sutter Ridge is a total nightmare.
The staffing is horrible (except for the maintanence man).
My security deposit was not refunded in whole upon leaving.
The apartment was cleaner when I left than when I moved in.
When I moved in there was mold in the bathroom and kitchen.
I had numerous problems with the above neighbors that were not attended to.
My neigbors sowed total neglagence for quiet hours and were allowed to continue harrasing me per management.
The neighbors toilet leaked into my bathroom for two days.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
You pay for what you get!!
