We lived there for over 4 years and never had any problems. The appliances were new and they trade them out regularly as they lease them. The grounds and units are extremely well kept. The maintenance staff is awesome. We would probably still live there but we moved out of state. They have a very lenient pet policy - our 2 labs were no problem. The only issues we had were not the apartments fault but parents of out of control teens - our vehicle was stolen once and our car stereo stolen once. They have since taken care of the problem with routine security drive bys. It is a great area and the crime rate is extremely low which is why the auto theft was such a surprise, but the ring of hoodlums responsible were busted and no longer a danger to society. =)
