There is a problem with noise, loud stereo's and TV's often. The owners of the dogs let the dogs off leash and go to the bathroom anywhere and not pickup, though there are bags provided. Supposed to be weight limit of 40 lbs, I have never met a lab or other large breed that weighed 40lbs. Some of the large dogs are aggressive to other dogs, dispite what the owners claim. There has been dog fights in the past.
Poor judgement with office staff in renting to tennants with drugs problems and police activity. Seem to turn a blind eye to get occupancy.
There is a serious serious rodent problem in some of the apartments near the street and the owner of the property did not want to address the issue until the health department was contacted.
Parking doesn't make any sense what so ever, often not near or at your own building. Some people don't even have a space.
Office staff unprofessional and doesn't communicate, very very flakey!
Long-time tennants pay sometimes $100 more in rent than new tennants moving in and management is not willing to negotiate with old tennants.
