No Joke, ------ was kind compared to these -------!! Security guards will harrass your kids, Office people will make you misserable. If you deposit your rent check in the drop box they claim it was not there on time (two days later) and charge you late fees!! They will keep your deposit and won't itemize what they repaired. I'd take them to court, but don't even want to see them there. MANY of my neighours left within a month of the new REGIME. It's 2006 and same management is there.

OK If your kids are hell on wheels Im glad security harassed them, If you drop your check 2 days late and try to cover your ass by saying you droped it on time to avoid a late fee than you deserve to be treated like a liar. If you trash your apartment when you vacate then you deserve to be charged...Dee,Dee,Dee thats why you pay a deposit. Aso, Mr. Drjack I think I know who you are and just for your info, You can't get what you want anytime you want because you think you know the owner! Everyone that lives on a Demmon property is treated the same with respect and honesty. You want special treatment, smoke like a frate train, carry a gun and think your still living in the 70's....reality check Jack, you can't slander a company that doesn't kiss your ass, all that does is make you look like an ass.

Atsamyplace - Actually, you've got the wrong person. I've had a chance to speak with management staff who took over after a Demmon Partners property was bought out. They all agree that the Demmon Partners are a substandard landlord at best. I'll never forget the notice that Demmon Partners sent out in order to avoid being listed as a high crime area by the City of Roseville. They told us not to call the cops if we either witness a crime or fall victim to one, call security instead. Of course, when you called security, they didn't want to come out and told us to call the cops, which in turn pissed off management. Demmon Partners has no business being in the business of property management.

who is the owner, I know there are a couple of Demmons, but there is only an address online, without a phone or email address, do you know how to get in touch with one of the owners? Thanks for anything you can share.....
