One of the ditz's in the office either stole my dog or gave it to someone else on the very day I finished moving in. She told 5 different stories and my dog is still missing even though it had a tag with my telephone number on it. The resident who found my dog called me before they dropped off the dog. The leasing agent didn't. They insisted on having a photo of my dog when I moved in and said it was to help identify the dog in case it got lost. The manager, Heidi, now tells me that the photo is requested "in case they get audited" (by whom I wonder). She isn't a bit helpful and apparently allows her staff to lie constantly. I rented a garage and they took away my covered parking spot'! Why' I pay extra for the garage and the covered space came with the cost of the apartment! I can't wait to get out of here.

You are one very angry person and WTF about your dog? If you got it back than why -----! You people amaze me. You blame everyone else for your problems. I remember this story and thats NOT what happened. First your dog had mange and bad flee's and had mace around its neck. The girl at the office gave to dog to someone who said it WAS there dog. how was she to know it was yours? you never gave them a pic of it. People like you need to not live in apartments, Go else where as a resident, I DON'T WANT U HERE!!!

I am also a resident at the Meridian i think the property is nice and the staff is very helpful. I remember that i just reviewed my lease and FYI the lease break fee is only $1000. So they give you a choice so move if you're so unhappy.
