I am giving you a TRUE REVIEW of this apartment complex. Ratings are for 2 apartments I have lived in here.

In response to your claims that the negative feedbacks are bogus! I have lived here for 3 years and NO, they are not bogus! This place is a mess and the cops are out here all the time because someone has had their cars broken into. I personally had my car broke into while I was moving. I told the apartment before I called the police and they did nothing! I was informed that if they responded to everyones concerns, they would be broke and that this was a business! I am not lying when I tell you this. They change managers every year and always loose the polite employee's but seem to keep all the rude ones! The Owner of this and many other properties runs this like a bottom dollar profit report! He doesn't care about what you want our think and I have met him personally when he was doing a walk around to see what he can screw you on next! Every year the place gets worse but the PRICE KEEPS going up! I am moving out of here for the same reasons as above; black mold, it is making everyone sick. I never realized for the last year that it was the mold and not the pollen that kept my family sick all year long! Warning! If you want to be sick and have mold around your windows and bathtub all year round, then this is the place for you! Enjoy!

I am curious as to what you expected the office to do when your car was broken in to. I'm sure they could look at your car and feel sorry for you, but that doesn't seem too productive. Also, if it was so horrible, why did you live there for 3 years? I am just confused.

you gotta be kidding me. dont the employees have work to do? other than pose as people who like it there? nobody is buying it nice try That place should be condemed!

The only good comments about this place are CLEARLY coming from the owners! This place sucks and that is why everyone is moving out! Why pay so much for this type of treatment when you can pay about $400 cheaper at a few places just down the road and they will give you a better feeling of respect than this crew will!
