This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen. The place is ran by a property managment company that has only one thing in mind and that is to make as much money off
of your poor souls and provide you with the cheapest service and support possible. I pay over a thousand a month for a place that isn't worth $500! Oh yeah, they put up a security gate and all the sudden they want you to believe that you are safe. The place is very dark at night and vehicles are broken into all the time. Mine was broke into in the middle of the day. They have the worst parking situation you have ever seen unless of course you drive a GO CART! If you want your vehicle all scratch up, then this the place for you. Welcome home! By the way, they wont do anything about it even if your report it. The police were called out on several accassions and they even told me themselves that the apartment complex wont do anything about it and that they come out all the time to this place. The police told me that they follow procedures and because it is on private property, it's up to the apartment complex to follow up and THEY DON'T! Just over 3 years ago a person was chased around and killed right behind us. When asked about this, they just say they don't know what we are talking about. Well, several long time tenants will tell you otherwise and will tell you how they wish they never moved in. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would really appreciate if those who give negative reviews could suggest a better complex to live in. My husband and I are are looking for a reasonably priced (under $1300 per month) 2bd apt in the Rocklin/Roseville area. I've looked at numerous reviews and have seen so much negativity in all of them. My question is....where should we go?!

Response to where you should go, and how you should decide. I have been in property management for quite some time now and the best advice is don't read any of these. Some of these problems I'm sure aren't completely false, however you have to take it like a grain of salt. More ppl on here come to complain in hopes of tarnishing the complexes reputation as retaliation. I too am moving into the area and have tour all of the complexes. My best advice is...remember you get what you pay for so don't go for the cheapest one, have a fresh perspective on each apartment, and lastly make a list of things that you can't live with and can't live without and weigh in both.

I lived there for four years, and didn't have any of the situations that you had. I found the management very friendly, the complex was well-lighted - early on, when the management had a different security detail, we had a few problems, but the office acknowledged the issues in their newsletter, and corrected their problem with a new security company. That security company was top notch! Case and point - I had told the office that I was going away for a week on vacation, to please have security watch my apartment. I got home a day early, and was unpacking my bags from my car late that evening, and the security car pulled up. They said they knew that my apartment was supposed to be vacant that evening and saw my light on and the door open. They just wanted to make sure everything was ok. I have never had any problems with parking. I have found that if you, yourself, are a good tenant, you will be treated likewise and have a much better opinion.

When we moved in here, our leasing agent told us that if we leave town, we can notify them and security will keep an eye on our apartment during the duration of us being gone. Well when it came time for us to take advantage of that, I called the office to set that up and they said that they do not offer that kind of service! Liars.
