We looked at 6 other 'nice' apartments before settling on the Meridian. We just signed another 14 month lease, after finishing our 1st yr. I don't think there is a nicer apartment complex in the area, and it is usually very quiet. We have a creek area behind us and it is full of wild life. The property is well maintained, and though on the expensive side, when you consider the amenities it is well worth it. Our leasing agent is a very friendly lady and we have become friends. The only recommendation I would make to management would be to cover the balcony floor so that dirt etc from the balcony above doesn't fall onto the balcony below.

"Like Living in a Resort"; said the EMPLOYEE to the team. "This is what we must go out and tell the people!" Give me a break. If read anything good about this place, it is FROM THE EMPLOYEE'S and not a renter. Just ask one in person and you will get an ear full. Yes, some people ask why would you live there if you hate it so much? Well, some people have no choice and can't afford to move out but when they do, they runnnnnnnnnnnnn!
