This place looks nice from the outside, but is a mess on the inside. Our apartment has pee stains in the bathroom, the laundry room floor crumbled apartment, the light bulbs burnt out within 2 months of being there, on top of someone ALWAYS parked in our spot. The office management is horrible!! Jennifer will lie, lie, make up excuse after excuse, lie, cover it up, and lie again. She should probably care a little bit more about her job, since it is to help people! Also, after a member from the Rocklin Ranch apartments down the street told us that their own sister property was ripping us off, and we could have received a same size nicer apartment for less. I deal with people in offices on a daily basis, and I am 100% shocked, annoyed, angry, and in disbelief of the office team at this apartment. Maybe if they got their stuff together, people wouldnt be LEAVING all the time.

I am the manager here at The Meridian and I would like to take a moment to respond to this. I stress to all my residents that if they are unhappy or do not feel they are given proper customer service to come see me. I can't fix something I dont know about. My bookkeeper is extremely fair and looks for the best interest of the customer. None of us are perfect and we do at times make mistakes, but are willing to admit them when necessary.
