I absolutely love living here! I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have never had one problem. It is quiet and parking is great. I love the fact that the staff does something fun for the tenants every month from a movie night to a bbq and all sorts of other things. This place is maintained very well and the staff is really friendly. The parking lot is well lit and I feel very safe going to a from my car at odd hours

any suggestions as to how to fix this problem. i live here as well and do my best to address the speeding when i see it. thank you for the nice comments. i love managing this property.

I agree with all you said, except those red octagonal signs that are posted periodically throughout intersections inside the complex mean absolutely NOTHING - NOTHING to the majority of drivers. I've been flipped off and screamed at, among other things while being nearly t-boned in the process. Either take the stop signs out or do something about the freakin' idiots that are running right through them doing 20 miles an hour!
