Horrible Management

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I had a horrible experience with management at The Winsted. They spread nasty "rumors" about their residents and are unwilling to work with their residents. They never return a call and it takes forever to get a response. The management company is FPI who took over from the original owners and FPI is absolutely a joke. Do yourself a favor and DON?T move here!
