I've been happy with the apartment

I've been fairly happy with my apartment at The Winsted. The rates are competitive with similar apartment complexes. A few things have gone wrong, but management/maintenance has been quick to react to them and fix them.

The rent price that I mention below is for a 6 month lease.

There is minimal noise from the residents. My apartment is near the entrance so I hear a lot of traffic, but now I'm used to it.
