I would agree with many of the reviews here. The apartments are great, to a point.. but the management is lacking and the bonus features you're promised never really take shape. The beautiful apartments have paper thin walls and many residents who don't care who they disturb or what hour it is. The kitchens are great at first glance, but when you try and put anything away you realize that the cabinets are tiny. You can only use SBC Home Entertainment for cable and it's very expensive. Expect to have your air or heat on constantly as the apartments are not very efficient. The biggest issue I've had here is that the management simply doesn't care about the residents. The business center hasn't been open in months for one reason or another. I've complained about noisy neighbors and never received much of a response from them. You just feel like you're giving your money to people who are only interested in your money...and not your quality of living. I wouldn't recomend the Winsted, I love my apartment but hate living here. Please consider one of the many many alternitives in the area.

I would really appreciate if those who give negative reviews could suggest a better complex to live in. My husband and I are are looking for a reasonably priced (under $1300 per month) 2bd apt in the Rocklin/Roseville area. I've looked at numerous reviews and have seen so much negativity in all of them. My question is....where should we go?!
