not happy I used to live here and I have to say the office is always closed. It seems the manager spends more time out of the office than she does working. The complex needs a lot of work and it never seems to get done. I'm glad I don't live there anymore.

Partying :( This complex is located right next to Sierra College. Which is fine if your a student. The outsides of the apartments look GREAT. But the insides are WAY outdated, and there's alot of parties/noise.
I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND MOVING HERE TO ANYONE. SOOOO NOISY AT NIGHT.

LOVE it here!!! Moved here for school in August! It's been a great experience! quiet, spacious, and a nice staff. There are a few characters living here but every apartment complex has them.. Any ways, love it! will continue to live here till im done with school!
