You get what you pay for - Probably the cheapest rent in Rosamond, but you have to put up with the washers and dryers not working well, weeds never get pulled, and if you need repairs, you have to wait awhile. My breaker box has been broken 3 weeks now. Don't have electricity on one side of my kitchen, that means I haven't had a garbarge disposal for 3 weeks. The Managers are Horriable Maria and Ken fight all the time. Maria takes 4 or 5 diffrent drugs and drinks on top of that. When i walk into there house its full of smoke and its awful. and Ken he is the most horrable person to walk this earth. Hes nothing but a no good drunk. I moved out awhile ago

Way too expensive for horrible to non-existent property management. There are too many things to complain about besides the cost of this place and the fact that you have to pay for your own water, trash, and sewer bill. But get this, half the washers and dryers have been out of order

Outstanding! As far as apartments go, I would not live anywhere else in Rosamond. For the most part, only Edwards AFB personel (Mil, Civ, Con)can live here.
It is the only complex in Rosamond that I am aware of that is recomended by the base and the Sheriff´s dept.
