I moved in with my sister to this apt in 1999 and stayed for a little over a year. The place looks very modern with stucco build and slanted ceilings. The inside is spacious and has all main amenities such as balcany, fireplace and washer/dryer. There is a swimming pool, a communal laundry facility, an airconditioned, 24 hour fitness room with TV and free movie rentals. The people are mostly very nice. Except for a particular woman who never seems to want to be there. Parking is good except at night when they spots all fill up and you may have to park a block or so away. The noise level was good except for occasional loud music coming from the first floor very late at nght or very early in the morning. My window faced the main road Foothill Blvd. so the cars zooming by made alot of noise also. But I am a sound sleeper. At some points, we got ants all over the apartment. It was most likely due to the fact that is was very hot outside and the inside of out apt was less than emaculate. We also found a dried up dead frog in the hallway once. But that was only one time and completely random. There are not any recycling facilities in the complex which is a pity. You'd have to drive about 3 miles to get to the nearest facility. Sometimes, it takes a long time to get a maintenance guy up and I wonder if he is so busy...how many probelms there are in the complex. But all in all, there were only a few problems we needed help wiht and they always did show up. All in all, I had a good experience here. If you work at HP or NEC, it is VERY close. Biking distance. It's quite a nice and safe area.
