If you want peace and quiet DO NOT rent here. We lived on the bottom floor for over 2 years and every day we would hear our neighbors upstairs,every step they took the ceiling would crack. Sometimes we would hear a loud crash and we would jump. Sounded like they just came into there apartment and droped all there stuff on the floor. Our next door neighbors would play there music at all hours,there living room is next to our bedroom,so when we were ready for bed they were playing there music. There were alot of spiders and nats,you could hardly open your door to leave without a bug flying in. The carpets are stained and worn. The people in this community do not care about keeping the complex nice. The dumsters were always overfilled and pooring out all over the place. People let there dogs crap all over the place,of course not near there apartment though. You will absolutely regret living there. They tell you that the price is competitive to the market value but if you are going to spend that kind of money,buy a house. At least you will have some privacy,peace and quiet,and a sense that your are truly getting something for your money. The one good thing was one particular maintenance man was very nice and did a great job. I don?t know what kind of apartments the other people who left positive ratings on this place lived in before but this one is a huge disappointment. After your first month here,DON?T BOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
