I have lived at Autumn Oaks Apartments for just over two years and I am extremely pleased. From the day I moved in the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was in great shape and I love the floorplan. It is definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in. I called the office to report a broken faucet and a very friendly maintenance man was at my home that day. The grounds are really spread out so you don't feel like you live in an apartment. I highly suggest you experience this for yourself if you are in the market for an apartment in Roseville. Very happy resident.
