Autumn oaks seemed like a nice place at first, but with two cars, we could never find a place to put our second one. Half the time someone would be visiting and since there weren't enough visitor spaces, I called the tow truck about 10 times for people parking in my spot!! I once had to wait in my car an hour because there was NO empty space, and someone was parked in my spot!! I found at least 5 spiders a day, even after having my house sprayed at least once a month. Spiders, pincer bugs, rolly polies, ants, you name it, it was a multiple thing a day occurance. For someone with a fear of bugs, this was not a happy experience. >:( Bottom floors are SO LOUD, the ceiling creaks whenever anyone takes a step. You can hear all of the water from the upstairs, so you always know when they are flushing the toilet. Did I mention how many BUGS were there' I had maintenance come out multiple times to try and fill cracks and weatherstripping, though it did nothing. The blinds fell from the windows the first day, and there were so many stains and tears in the linoleum. Oh, did I mention how my car was vandalized twice' My car got broken into with thousands of dollars worth of damage and the response from the management was "okay, I'll make a note of it" without asking for my name, apartment number or anything!!! They have a complete lack of concern for their residents!! I have spoken with many others, and in the past 4 months, 8 CARS have gotten broken into. You'll be sorry if you move here, the grounds look old and in bad shape, and the apartments are horrible. There are some very shady people living in the area as well, the police are called out at least once a week. Plus, 3/4 of the lights don't work in the parking lots!! Since my covered spot was nowhere near my apartment, I had to walk in the dark to get home, with a bunch of teenagers always out lurking, I didn't feel safe at all. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else, so you don't have to suffer the loss of thousands of dollars on your cars, or worry about someone breaking into your apartment. Save yourself the loss.
