I lived here with my kids back in 2002-2003 and it was great! Very clean, we lived in a spot where there was a lot of visitor parking close to us. There is a school bus stop right outside the apts. When moving out I actualy ran into a carport in my Uhaul and the management was very cool about it. They deducted the cost to fis it out of my deposit and I still got some of it back!
I am actualy going to be applying to move back in soon, as we haven't found another management company who is willing orable to keep up their property as well! We have also lived in Sunset Summit which is CTL managed and they were good as well!
