The apartments aren't too bad, but there are definitely some serious issues. We have had ants nonstop in our apartment. We keep telling the office about it and they say that they will call their pest guy, but they don't always do it. And the ants are everywhere. They are in the bedroom, the bathroom, and even in the closet. And my husband and I are pretty clean people. We don't leave food laying around very often, but if we even leave a plate out over night they are all over it the next morning. because of the ants there are also a lot of spiders. And I mean a lot everywhere. The worst part so far is that there was some water damage in one of the living room walls and when we told them about it all they had the maintenance staff do was come and paint over the spot. The funny thing is that the wall is still bubbled out from where the water damage was. I have an infant and all I can think about is what if there is mold growing in the wall and if he is getting sick from it. There is a problem with moisture everywhere. And whenever we take a shower it gets all over the floor, and we have tried everything to keep it from happening. If you happen to get a downstairs apartment you will be able to hear the people above you as they move, any move they make. It can't get quite scary at times, because it sounds as if they will coe crashing sown on you at any second. One other thing is that the open parking is very minimal. My husband and I have two cars and he always lets me have the assigned parking spot because of the baby, but then he has the hardest time finding any parking spot and sometimes he has to park down the street quite a ways. The pool is okay, but they don't enforce any of the rules. There was this one time that a younger lady was swimming in boxer shorts and a see throug white tank top and nothing esle. And if you have a problem with smoking you can't go to the pool, because the office staff is constantly taking smoking breaks out there. All I can say is that I am happy we are moving soon.
