I'm living here for almost 18 months. It's not that bad except that the building is old. But not that I didn't notice when I came here to look at the apartments. The neighborhood is nice. About hearing things through walls, it's not only here, everywhere you can hear through walls and yes, sometimes you wish it was you hehehehe. Anyways. I'm moving out for some personal reasons. But didn't have any major problem with management. I had a loud neighbore, but management took care of that after I complained. And if your neighbore makes noises, walking on top of you, it's not management's problem. You can go upstairs and let them now the noise is bothering you.
