I loved it here at Autumn Oaks. I strongly disagree with all of the lame "bad" reviews! I'd have to admit the apartments are old and have some leaks but compared to some of the other communities I've lived at here in Roseville theses are the BEST! I think the staff is awesome; they are all so helpful and professional. The staff and maintance team is always 100% on top of everything. Any time I had an issue it was taken care of immediately! The office team is very down to earth yet professional and not all stuck up like some of the other communities in Roseville. For example if you run into money trouble (like I did) and have an issue with paying rent the manager tries??s to help you in any way possible, she is so sweet! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to move in the area!
