Hello people. Bugs are everywhere and bugs will be bugs. They don't know not to go into YOUR place. Lets just start with Autumn Oaks is located by a large field (city of roseville's quiet space) and there are also wetlands in the area. YES there are bugs and guess what when it rains they need some shelter then they go in and then they like it there so they come back at their convenience. As far as having someone spray for pests this is not something that property managers are responsible for and most communities don't offer it. Luckily Autumn Oaks is kind enough to offer it. I just have a question that maybe someone out there can answer; If you spray for any kind of bug just one time and they completely dissappear would pest CONTROL places exist' Bugs will most always return because they are different bugs than the ones you just got rid oh......HELLO. Are we that self absorbed out there that we are going to take a little problem such as this and blow it up against the building and the management. I like the people in the office and the maintenance, nobody's perfect but they are a unique group of people that make me feel like my apartment is my home and not just an apartment.

seriously! people are idiots. they're bugs, they're going to get in no matter what you do. what to they expect the office to do? sit outside their apartment 24hrs a day with a magnifying glass? or maybe contact mother nature?
