I lived at Autumn Oaks for a year and a half and loved it. There wasn't much noise. The grounds always looked nice and the apartment was so cute, tons of storage space and good floorplans. I've lived in a 1bd and a 2bd there. When I moved into the 2 bdrm with a new roommate the carpet was awful and the apt was not ready for move in, however the manager met with me. She apologized, admitted the mistake and did everything she could to help. mistakes happen. Although there was a really creepy guy that worked in the office, and scared the crap out of me when I first went in there, but once you move in its not like you'll have to see them and everyone else in the office was great. But I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out- plus the location is great!

I know that man your talking about (His name starts with a B)he is still there. When I moved in he showed us the place and my 8 year old niece was so afraid of him that she stayed at the opposite side of the apartment to where ever he was. She said "He was creepy I didn't want him near me." He is very odd I don't like him.
