i hate these apartments there nasty. Its loud, dirty and unmaintained.I moved in thinking they were gonna be descent apartments in Roseville for the price. You see im a young mother of one with a husband in iraq i dont have time to kill spiders and clean mold along with fix leaks in every room i have made report after report and nothing has been done. every where you go in this complex at first glance you dont see the problems until you sign the lease and begin living here.

I agree that the old phase of these complex is not as neat as the new phase. I've lived in old apartments for 1 years then moved to the new ones and live here for 2 years now. I like the new ones better, but they are actually really good in responding to calls and maintaining the apartments. There was one girl who worked in the office who was really rude and that was the only problem I had. I had a noisy neighbore and after addressing it to the office, they took care of that for me too. I would stay more if I didn't have to move to Washington state.

i understand everyones experiences are different. everyone has different expectations and needs or should i say tollerant levels when it comes to living arrangements. i congradulate the fact you stuck with the autumn oak community for so long however i'm not going to stay much longer i think the community is naste and quite unbearble at this point coming home to a place that is disgusting and every time you walk through your front door you ask your self why do i pay rent for what , where does my money go. i think the community has a long way to go to get its self back in shape roseville is high end town has demands that arent being met at this point. p.s. theres no difference in phase one from phase two.
