I've been staying here with my kid for the last more than six months. My major problem is ants and spiders. My son got bit twice. I've asked for fumigation, they do fumigation and spiders and ants come back again the very next day. The management staff is real sweet when you visit to rent an apartment after that they take you for granted.
I came to know that these apartments are around 20 years old. In the same rent you can get far more better apartments in Roseville which are newly built. I will move out of this apartment complex once my 1 year lease finishes.
There are so many breakins happening at this place. Recently some neighbours called the cops when a guy tried to break in an apartment in broad day light.
Gym stinks a lot.
Pool is never clean, its just a show piece to attract people.
There is not enough parking space for the visitors and visitors keep parking in your reserved parking, its very irritating.

The only people that don't like the office staff are the ones who don't get their way. Being nice goes both ways. Show the office staff some respect and don't treat them like doormats.

I've read your response to the previous reviews and you keep on using the same words and same reply. Its not about just using sweet words while talking to people, its your actions. I think the staff thinks by speaking nice and using sweet sweet words they are the best, whereas you need to have a positive approach to actually make this place beatiful to live for everyone. Otherwise there is no shortage of apartments, people will eventually come to know. P.S. I appreciate your "turn around time" on the reviews, I wish you were faster on the work front too Cheers
