I would like to address the previous post about not liking the staff at Autumn Oaks. First of all I have lived here for several years. I love the office staff. Everywhere else I live the staff has never remembered my name, apt number, or my needs. They also engage in other conversation and are extrememly friendly. I go to the office quite a bit. If you ever actually spend some time in there you will notice that they are extrememly overworked. The phone is always ringing, people are constantly coming through the door, and I have heard the way some residents and even people looking for apartments have talked to them. If anyone were to yell at me like I have heard I would not be able to keep my cool like they do. I think that they are very underappreciated for what they actually do. I have always had my maintenance issues and other issues well taken care of but then again I speak to them with respect and integrity like everyone should!!!!

WOW ANONYMOUS, so you are saying that just because you haven't witnessed it means that it couldn't happen? And just what is "cribbing"? And no I am not one of the office staff. But people need to realize that this office is a rental office, not a police station, post office, therapists office, doctors office, basically.....quit blaming your problems on other people and grow up.

Huh...your language tells if you are a staff memeber or a resident. ...who cares. when you pay rent you deserve the normal service and no one is expecting PD or therapists services, and it was not my problem it was the problem with the apartments and the service. Well no need to say, the number of vacant apartments are telling the story themselves.
