Best rental experience I have ever had

I've been living here for 2 months, and this has been the best rental experience I have ever had. My wife is particularly picky about the cleanliness of any place we move in to, so she was absolutely floored when she discovered that our unit was so clean, we had to do ZERO cleaning before moving in. It was that good.
Each building has 4 units, but the walls must be thick and well-insulated because we have not heard a single noise through the walls from our neighbors.
The floorplans are pretty efficient. We have a 3br/2ba, 1100 sf unit, and it suits my family of 4 fairly well. (Granted, we are pretty much living out of boxes, until construction on our home is complete.) Bathrooms are quite spacious. Kitchen/laundry appliances are bare bones (but contemporary), but that is to be expected from a rental community like this.
Parking is good. Every unit has one private garage, but it's not too hard to find one of the open parking spaces nearby. (At worst, if I have to park on the other side of the community, it's a 2-minute walk to my unit.)
There is a swimming pool and hot tub that see daily use in the summer, but are rarely what I would describe as crowded. Also a small playground nearby that the younger kids use. I've met several of our neighbors at the pool/tub, and I must say everyone has been very nice. The residents range from babies/toddlers (such as my own) to seniors; students to working professionals (HP is next door) to retirees. And a good diverse ethnic mix too (which was a welcome surprise to me, having just moved from the Bay Area).
Maintenance is generally responsive, pretty good considering it's mainly just 2 guys. The staff of 3 have also generally been very responsive with our requests and questions.
The community is gated at night, and I have always felt safe here. Noise is rarely an issue; even on the occasions where folks seem to be having just a little too much fun in the pool after hours (it's not supposed to be used after 10pm), it's not intolerable or even a nuisance.
I have no qualms with recommending this place to anyone. It's that nice.

Funny that this mentions thick walls when other (real) reviews say the walls are all too thin.
