I've lived here for 1 year now, and I've never had any major complaints. The 24 hour gym and raquetball court was a huge selling point for me. Tennis court also a plus. Whenever I needed something fixed, the management was right on top of it. For the most part, other residents have been quite and very respectful. Apartment quality is acceptable, though cigarrette smell somehow makes it into our bathroom whenever my downstairs neighbors decide to light up. Parking is VERY GOOD. I wouldn't recommend getting a unit near the commercial plaza. Between the daycare, skaters, teenagers peeling out, and BRIGHT floodlights pouring into your apartment all night long, it makes it hard to justify the rent. I'm moving in a month, would stay, but there are better deals to be had on nicer apartments. But if you can swing a good deal, and get a unit in a better location, you'll probably enjoy this place just fine.
