The landscaping would be the only saleing point of this complex. The parking was terrible. Tenants had vehicles that they didn't use parked in uncovered parking. Most tenants that had covered parking would park in uncovered parking because their covered parking was so far away from their apt. We were told that our apartment would be cleaned before we moved in, but the cleaning lady left her hair with some goo stuff on it in the kitchen cabinets and on the counter. we had to clean the apartment before we could move in. The apartment itself was a disaster. The front window was hard to open even after the window was treated with WD40. The window was about to fall out of the frame. The blinds had to be replaced, along with the door sweep, the garbage disposal, the air conditioner, the dishwasher & the washer and dryer. Every sink in the apt. smelled like sewer gas. There was dog pee stains on the carpet from a previous tenant. Moisture from all the rain made a puddle around our bldg. which in turn seeped into our foundation and our carpet and wall in the living room and the spare bed room were ruined(we were blamed for that) We had BLACK MOLD on the wall,in the corner of our living room. Walls are very thin. You could hear everything that your tenants are doing at all times. Overall the place is runned down, but it does look better than the other property they own. Most of the tenants are undesirable's. Very loud noise in the alley. Garbage bins are usually full. Management is a nightmare. Lots of turn over. We went through three managers & several asst. After we gave our 30 day notice the manager did not pro-rate us & put a 3 day notice to pay or quit on our door. We have always paid our rent on time. the new manager said that it was in fact their responsiblity to pro-rate tenants after they give a 30 day notice. check out of the apt. was very unprofessional. Manager just took the keys and said o.k. He did not have our forwarding address & was not going to do the walk through untill we suggested it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DON'T MOVE HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.!!!
