When we moved in everything seemed nice. but first our washer went out, the 2 microwaves, the the shower broke, then we noticed that our patio had rot damage.Then during our first summer we noticed some water on the floor but didn't think anything about it however the next summer when we turned on the air on the floor was always soaked. We called maint. but they never came.Then the apartments changed hands and they didn't have any of the old records. Finally they came out but all they did was blow the line they didn't fix it. All that water caused carpet and wall damage. They didn't fix the carpet and all they did with the wall was put putty over it and paint. The when we moved out the charged us for new carpet due to water damage and for a new patio.
